CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
According to the decision of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums in Turkmenistan №15 from 22 October 2016 adopted a program of measures on preparation and carrying out organized February 12 elections, the President of Turkmenistan.
According to Article 19 of the program, on November 19 launched and organized training seminars held with members of the provincial, district, municipal electoral commissions. Currently, work on the training workshops held with the members of precinct election commissions in Ashgabat. In training workshops, it thoroughly explains the rules established by law for the preparation and conduct of elections.
