During in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state under the wise leadership of the esteemed President, every day of our Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan is filled with peace and development. Our country, which is confidently moving forward will widely celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legal status of permanent Neutrality in December this year. In these wonderful days leading up to the holiday of permanent Neutrality in the year of international peace and trust, the great achievements achieved in all systems of our country make us proud.
The promotion of principles such as positive Neutrality and humanism by the esteemed President, which opens a wide path for in-depth study of our glorious history is of great importance in fostering the patriotic spirit of our people, strengthening the love of the younger generation for the Motherland and fostering devotion to their country. Accordingly, the ancient traditions of benevolence, peacefulness and humanism of the Turkmen people are the basis of our state’s foreign policy based on positive Neutrality.
The Turkmen people have a glorious history and there are more than enough values that should become a model for our younger generation. One of these values, the policy of Neutrality, also has its roots in the past history of our people. Neutrality – is one of the best role models and is the highest expression of the peace-loving traditions of the Turkmen people, which have been going on since ancient times.
When it comes to Neutrality, it is pleasant to note that the permanent Neutrality of Independent Turkmenistan is the main feature that contributes to its wider recognition on the planet. This legal status of Neutrality reflects the wisdom inherited from the Turkmen ancestors and harmoniously coordinates the development processes of Turkmenistan and the international community, which meets the interests of the current era. The basis for the realization of such great deeds is the selfless work of our Hero Arkadag, our Hero Arkadagly Serdar for the people.
It is safe to say that, having received the legal status of Neutrality, our country, adhering to humane and democratic principles, successfully solves socially and economically important strategic tasks. Turkmenistan as a full and active member of the UN, continues to make a significant contribution to the implementation of the principles of its Charter. Promoting the importance of peaceful coexistence, preventive diplomacy and equal dialogue, Turkmenistan has always been a supporter of effective cooperation in the international arena.
As a result of the consistent implementation of the policy of permanent Neutrality, which is the main principle of the country’s foreign policy, our Motherland, which has gained great international authority and reached such a high level, implements ambitious projects with neighboring countries and friendly peoples. This clearly demonstrates that our country makes a great contribution to the further strengthening of friendship and brotherhood between peoples, the development of cultural ties, ensuring peace and tranquility, taking into account the economic interests of the state and the peoples of the world.
Permanent Neutrality is an exemplary principle throughout the world, an international legal instrument that coordinates mutual interests, ensures security, unites aspirations for good relations and development, paves the way for human interests, new initiatives and important events.
In our country, which has become famous only for its great deeds since gaining Independence, today our people serve one goal, namely unity. Unity leads us to remarkable achievements, progress and authority. Statehood begins with unity. There is no goal that cannot be achieved where there is unity. To unite around our Hero Arkadag, our Hero Arkadagly Serdar and celebrate the holiday in a peaceful country – is the greatest happiness.
Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – is the homeland of peace and prosperity. The successes achieved in a peaceful country are directly related to the prosperous life and happiness of the people. Therefore, every development and achievement inspires our entire people and creates pride in their hearts.
