CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
On September 1 of each year Turkmenistan solemnly celebrates the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth. The first bell in educational institutions instilling joy announces the beginning of a new academic year.
On the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth congratulatory message of our esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov is proudly read to schoolchildren, students, teachers and education workers of Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan. The blessing of the Head of State to the younger generation to embark on the bright path of knowledge and great discoveries inspires the hearts and spirit of happy generations. Thus, new academic year in our sacred Motherland begins with wonderful events, dreams, joy, excitement and great confidence.
At present, in the period of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state under the wise leadership of our Hero Arkadagly Serdar, main goal of education workers is to modernize the education system in our country and ensure that the content and quality of education provided to the younger generation meets advanced international requirements.
Guided by the humanistic motto of our Hero Arkadag “The state is for the people!”, the construction of modern schools, preschool institutions and higher educational institutions in the cities and villages of our beloved Motherland, equipped with the most modern computer technology, other necessary equipment and teaching aids, introduction of advanced scientific achievements, interactive multimedia and digital technologies into educational work indicates that special attention is paid to the training of highly qualified personnel for this system and improving the professional level of teachers.
The proverb “An educated generation – is a powerful Motherland” has great meaning. The development potential of a sovereign country is closely linked to an educated generation. Thanks to science and knowledge can move forward and reach great heights. The bright and happy future of our Independent, permanently Neutral state – is in the hands of today’s young generation.
Active introduction of digital educational tools into educational-upbringing work creates favorable conditions for independent mastering of the subjects studied by each student in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum. Thus, happy Turkmen young people are awarded with awards – medals and certificates of honor – at international scientific Olympiads held in various fields in our country and abroad, thereby enhancing the honor and dignity of our sacred Motherland. Our future development depends on the education, efficiency, diligence and patriotism of today’s youth, who are an extension of our country.
In the “International Year of Peace and Trust” in the year of the great celebration of the 30th anniversary of our permanent Neutrality, the Day of Knowledge and Students, which is celebrated in unity in our peaceful country on September 1, instills high moral spirit and elevates the patriotic feelings of the young generation.
With all our hearts we wish our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Arkadagly Serdar, who gave their people a happy and prosperous life, health, prosperity and success in their great deeds!
