CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
During in the period of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, cohesive and unified Turkmen people under the wise leadership of our Hero Arkadagly Serdar are approaching the significant 34th anniversary of our sacred Independence with great labor achievements.
On our beloved land, which is experiencing great changes, colossal successes are being achieved in all areas. Enormous work is being done for the sake of the prosperous life of our people and country’s achievement of new heights of development. At the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, which will be held in 2025, on the eve of the 34th anniversary of the sacred Independence of our Motherland, called the “International Year of Peace and Trust” issues of national and state interest will be considered, such as the further development of the Motherland, improving the well-being of the people, ensuring a happy life and work. The adopted government decisions will play a huge role in raising the standard of living of the people and socio-economic development of our Motherland.
These days preparations are underway for an important event in the political and social life of our country – the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. During propaganda and meetings, dedicated to the importance of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, our happy citizens express their impatience in anticipation of this great event, which will determine the future development of our country.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan our Hero Arkadag emphasized: “As established in the Constitutional Law of Turkmenistan “On the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan”, Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan – is the highest representative body protecting the interests of the people of Turkmenistan. The indestructible unity of the people and government – is force that ensures the success of all our work. The main tasks of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, as a force uniting people and government are aimed at uniting all state bodies in working for the good of the country”. These wise words of the National Leader clearly demonstrate enormous importance of the work of the Halk Maslahaty. When people and government are unbreakable, there are no unattainable stages and no unattainable frontiers.
After all, doctrine of people’s power also finds its worthy expression in the wise motto of our esteemed President: “The Motherland is a Motherland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people!”
The session of the Halk Maslahaty held on the basis of the historical experience of our ancestors, it has great importance for strengthening unity of the people and development of the country. The activities of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan are based on the principles of democracy, openness, justice, rule of law, priority of generally recognized norms of international law, equality of citizens before the law, respect for human rights and freedoms, free discussion and decision-making and consideration of public opinion.
Thanks to the wise policy of our esteemed President, work aimed at the prosperity of the Motherland and improvement of the well-being of the people is gaining momentum. First of all, special attention is paid to improving the standard of living of the people. Through the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, our Hero Arkadagly Serdar fundamental reforms are being carried out in all areas.
At the upcoming meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan new decisions will be made for the benefit of the people and country, which will be another triumph of Turkmen democracy. The Halk Maslahaty – is a stronghold of people’s democracy, prosperity of noble traditions. Therefore, this national forum instills great pride in our people and inspires them to great achievements.
We wish our esteemed President – Hero Arkadagly Serdar, who worthily continues great undertakings of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and our Hero Arkadag health and long life, success in their great deeds, for the benefit of the people and the country, as well as universal significance!
