CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
Pre-voting for the elections of deputies of Mejlis of Turkmenistan, members of velayat, etrap, city halk maslahats, gengeshes began on March 16, 2023 and is held every day from 08:00 a.m. to 18:00/06:00 p.m.
As of March 21, 2023, 1.82 percent of all registered voters across Turkmenistan participated in early voting.
Pre-voting will close on March 25 at 18:00/6:00 p.m. until the election day.
