CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
As it is known, on July 23, 2023, which was announced as the "Year of happy youth with Arkadag Serdar", the elections of members of gengesh will be held in Aba Annayev township of Karizek etrap of Arkadag city. These days, as part of the preaching works related to this important political event, the meetings of the registered candidates with voters continue in an organized manner. Along with this, initiated early voting is also held in an organized manner.
In order to conduct the elections of members of gengesh of Aba Annayev township on July 23 of this year in an organized and in accordance with national democratic principles in a state of openness, transparency, it should be noted that all candidates are given equal conditions in promoting their programs to voters.
According to the electoral law, the candidates taking advantage of equal opportunities and rights to carry out preaching works, meet with voters within their constituencies. At the meetings held by the candidates, the voters also have the wide opportunity to familiarize with the biography of the candidates through the speeches of their trusted people. Also, during the meeting, the candidates speaking out in front of the voters, they introduce them in detail with their pre-election programs.
The candidates assuring that they will do their best to repay the trust that the voters have placed in them, and that they will work diligently to fulfill the clear tasks set by our esteemed President to develop our country in terms of life, economy, and culture, and answer on voters' questions. National observers and media representatives also participate in these meetings.
Also, conditions have been created for eligible citizens who are included in the voter's list in the polling station and cannot be at their place of residence on the election day to use their electoral rights and vote before the election day.
The preaching season will continue until July 22 this year.
