CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
In our sacred Motherland imbued with the love of our brave ancestors, during in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, every day of our spirited and united people is filled with great successes, celebrations are multiplying. One of such proud dates of the Oguz people, who live a peaceful life is the birthday of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan esteemed Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who accomplished great deeds in our beloved Motherland. Our glorious people celebrate this wonderful date with great pride and celebration.
Because in the new era all the victories and achievements, achieved under the leadership of our esteemed President, firmly linked with name of our Hero Arkadag. Thanks to the far-sighted foreign policy of our Hero Arkadag our sovereign Motherland has become a hotbed of friendship, brotherhood and harmony. Turkmenistan’s active cooperation with international organizations, primarily the United Nations has reached a new level.
The noble deeds of our Hero Arkadag as the founder of the Charity fund for assistance to children in need of guardianship, also deserve to be written in golden letters in history. As the National Leader noted in his book “Türkmeniň döwletlilik ýörelgesi” precepts of the ancestors – education and upbringing that generations should follow.
At a time when new wonderful pages were opening up in the history of the Turkmen destiny, National Leader emphasized that everyone should be creative in their work, this is the only way can build a wonderful life, strong state and happy society. Entering a new stage of development in a new historical period demonstrated the unity of our people, full support for all the endeavors of our Hero Arkadag and boundless confidence that the high goals set will be successfully achieved in the future. With the transition to market relations, innovative and industrial technologies our national economy is becoming stronger, education and science are reaching world level, culture and art are gaining new heights of development, so prestige, role and influence of the country in the world are increasing even more. The high spirit and creative force of the National Leader’s policy aimed at strengthening the country’s economic power, improving the standard and quality of life of present and future generations find a place in the heart of every citizen. Our happy people inspired by their creation and construction, contribute to the development of a calm and peaceful country.
Of course, it should be noted with great pride that the development of our Motherland continues thanks to the successful continuation of the ambitious endeavors of our Hero Arkadag and by our Hero Arkadagly Serdar. Adopted on the initiative of the National Leader “Revival of a new era of a powerful state: The National program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052” is a historically significant document aimed at further improving the living conditions of the people.
The motto of the esteemed President, who worthily continues the exemplary path of a National Leader is “The Motherland is a Motherland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people!” gave a start to a new stage of policy related to the socio-economic development of the country, further improving the standard of living of the people, strengthening peace throughout the world.
The magnificent cultural and social facilities being built in Ashgabat – the pearl capital of our country, in the regions and in the new city of Arkadag under the wise leadership of our esteemed President are the result of the worthy implementation of large-scale national programs that contribute to the harmonious socio-economic development of our country. The current achievements of Turkmenistan, the only state whose permanent Neutrality status has been recognized three times by the United Nations, testify to the high authority of our country.
Taking this opportunity, on such proud and joyful days, celebrated under the humanistic motto “International Year of Peace and Trust”, we heartily congratulate our National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, respected elder of the people Hero Arkadag on his birthday!
