CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
In the International Year of Peace and Trust creation by our state of all conditions for the productive work of Turkmen farmers, worthy assessment of their honest work foster in our brave farmers devotion to their native land, desire to obtain abundant harvests and achieve high performance.
Accelerated development of agriculture at modern level is one of the main goals of our esteemed President and an important direction of policy aimed at strengthening economic power of our Motherland and raising the standard of living of our people.
As a result of the large-scale reforms launched in the country, this important sector of the national economy has reached a qualitatively new level of development. Wastelands are constantly being developed positive measures are being taken to increase soil fertility and improve the condition of agricultural lands. All conditions have been created in our country so that our farmers can work productively get abundant harvests from the land, get rich through honest work and enjoy the fruits of their hard work.
The acquisition of advanced high-performance agricultural machinery, which is the support of the farmer in the processing of fields and the quick and loss-free harvesting of the harvested crop, full provision of farmers with mineral fertilizers, seeds and chemicals used to combat pests of agricultural crops, increasing soil fertility and timely payments to producers clearly demonstrate this. After all, the abundant harvest of wheat obtained as a result of the work of our courageous farmers is the abundance of family hearths of our happy people living a prosperous life.
As our Hero Arkadag emphasizes, the wheat harvest that our courageous farmers diligently cultivate is the abundance of our people, a solid foundation for the well-being and inviolability of our sovereign state. Thanks to the selfless work of our farmers and constant support of the state, a rich grain harvest has been grown in our country this year. This is a positive result of the reform program in the agro-industrial complex, which was initiated by our Hero Arkadag and is being successfully implemented under the leadership of our Hero Arkadagly Serdar.
Of course, white wheat grown on our fertile land is one of the most ancient and important agricultural crops. Our people consider white wheat to be a treasure of nature, a source of life, a symbol of abundance, the essence of a prosperous and affluence life. Wheat and flour, bread and bakery products made from it are considered sacred. In our people, who follow the principles of our ancestors, the profession of a farmer is considered a noble and responsible profession and its noble traditions are passed on and improved from generation to generation.
This season new varieties of winter wheat were planted, such as “Arkadag”, “Serdar” and “Fragi”, which provide abundant harvests to the white sowing fields of our Land. As you known, these new varieties of wheat are characterized by high productivity, large grain and do not require much water. Thanks to the support of the esteemed President, modern combine harvesters from well-known companies such as “John Deere” and “CLAAS” are effectively used in the development of the agricultural industry during the grain harvest season. The new high-performance equipment purchased for grain growers works around the clock helping to quickly and without losses collect a rich harvest. In 2025, grain growers of our country managed to collect more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of grain wheat.
These achievements are a clear evidence of the successful solution of the tasks set by our Hero Arkadagly Serdar to ensure food abundance in our country, including the full provision of the domestic market with domestic grain products.
